Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order confirmation to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unprinted, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of our patches.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Pursuant to § 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods

– that can perish quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded,
– that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs,
– that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to our patches.
These are considered customizable products for further processing and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal and return, even if they are unworn, unused or in their original packaging.

In addition, returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases are excluded.

Withdrawal from sale items as well as gift cards is also excluded.

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before concluding the contract.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if your goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
